Physical Print Products
If for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.
Each image is printed just for you in the size of your choice. This means we are unable to accept returns unless your artwork arrives damaged in any way. When this happens, please notify us within 7 working days of receiving your artwork and we will do everything possible to make things right by agreeing to the following:
You will provide images of the damaged areas of the product that have been taken immediately following receipt of the Product.
You will be responsible for payment of the return shipping of the damaged product.
Digital Download Products
Due to the nature of digital products, all digital download sales are final.
Once a digital file has been delivered, accessed, or downloaded, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
Digital products are considered consumed at the time of delivery.
By purchasing a digital download from AD Photography, You acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
Email Delivery Disclaimer
Digital downloads are delivered via email and/or download link.
You are responsible for:
Entering a valid and correct email address at checkout
Ensuring your email inbox can receive messages
AD Photography is not responsible for failed delivery due to:
Incorrect or misspelled email addresses
Spam/junk filtering
Full inbox or email provider issues
If you do not receive your file, please contact us and we will attempt to assist, but we are not liable for delivery issues caused by user error.
CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
The Goods were purchased in the last 7 days
The Goods are in the original packaging
The Goods were not used.
The following Goods cannot be returned:
The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
The supply of goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
The supply of digital downloads or digital content (non-refundable).
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
RETURNING GOODS
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. Please get in contact for further detail at adphotography.inquiries@gmail.com
We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
